Reset Your Thinking! If you take your life seriously then you truly understood and appreciate each day is a gift. Sometimes because our life is so busy we forget how life is so fragile. It is so ironic that we get a glimpse of it when someone is dying, diagnosis with a chronic disease, or when we see or hear something terrible happen around us but we tend to forget to live life to the fullest.
The quality of life should not be measured or should your life be compared to another. Your life itself is the best gift. It is a precious gift. Nothing more, nothing less. Unless you understand this truth you can waste it and take life for granted.
