Self-awareness means you are in touch with yourself — with your feelings, your actions, your desires. Having a clear perception of WHO YOUR ARE, your strengths and weaknesses and your beliefs, allows you to understand how others perceive you and helps you understand others’ reactions, as well.

The more you develop your self-awareness, the better you are able to direct your own path and adjust your thoughts and actions to align with your goals. Resetting your thoughts is one of your 2016 achievements. This is a great time to focus on something you’ve been putting off, now you can create a detailed plan on how you will finish it.

    1. Carole, you draw reference to finishing that which we have started. It makes one think. We have too many unfinished tasks with that in mind this 21 -Day Reset Your Thinking Challenge will cause one to focus, prioritize and complete the task at hand.
